Very Good

The staff were very kind, the location was perfect it was very relaxing and the foods were good.

The swim-pools were very deep ;) and unfortunately we have a room with Jacuzzi but the jacuzzi was very bad. It needs like 3 hours to be worm. The sunset not possible to be seen because the location of restaurant not exact perfect and they did not have shisha :-(

Wonderful

Very professional and very helpful staff Very generous and good quality breakfast. Although it is a big resort it doesn't feel crowded as the exterior space is big enough and very well organised. Very nice pools. Nice culinary experience and good ambience at the Elia, Mediterranean restaurant.

Overpriced and very poor quality food at the Alati pool restaurant . Private beach, well organised but entirely man-made so not very attractive for a Greek beach.

The staff were amazing especially the beach staff & their manager and the lady manager of the fish restaurant. We were with a little baby and they treated us with so much kindness and understanding it made our stay so much better!

The quietness and friendliness of this place brings so much peace to you.

Maybe a little more options for TV (Netflix, YouTube etc.) Or perhaps I never knew how to set it in the first place. However was a better time off without TV.

An amazing escape to a beautiful and relaxing resort!

The service and care of the staff. The beach is wonderful and the overall atmosphere in there resort was calm and relaxing. Also we were upgraded to the villa which was amazing!

Dinner - the food was okay, but I personally don't like the concept of a buffet dinner. There was a great selection, but with quantity you compromise on quality.

A genuine five star experience!

The hotel is extremely well located and has all the facilities you can wish. Above all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed there for the third time and were never disappointed, we enjoy the quietness and the marvellous views, the attentive staff and the small extra’s (fruit and sweets in the room). Also the fitness program ( very nice lady as well) is of a high quality but is never disturbing for the guests who don’t want to participate.

The new parking arrangements! They have installed solar panels ( what we appreciate!) above the parking area, but the supporting beams are so close to each other that it is almost impossible to park!

Absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Travelled Crete and this was by far the most wonderful hotel we stayed in. Staff fantastic and so helpful. Was given an upgrade to a two storey villa with pool which was luxurious. Spotless rooms and surroundings. Pools, beach, spa fantastic. Selection of food in buffet was incredible.

Nothing. It is out on its own but you can visit sister hotel which is amazing too. This didn’t bother us though as too nice to leave.

The staff are world class, attentive and incredibly friendly. Everyone was warm and welcoming, making this the perfect stay for my birthday. The resort was truly intentional in making this feel like paradise. Shout out to Anastasia who welcomed us and was kind, sharing great recommendations for my birthday dinner.

Having mentioned that I was gluten and lactose intolerant it was disappointing to having very little options and the restaurants for lunch and dinner. Wish there was gluten free buns, gluten free pizzas and pasta that also had tomato based options as opposed to only dairy.

Phenomenal

Quite simply, our holiday here was phenomenal. Room was great, every day there were little extras. Buffet restaurant was amongst the best we have ever sampled. Communal pools where relaxing and spacious, villa pools were secluded and private. Staff were immense, without exception.
